[Selection] PuzzleData Chosen as ‘National Representative of Innovative Companies’

Puzzle Data, a specialized process mining company, has been selected for the ‘Innovative Enterprise National Representative 1000’ program organized by the Financial Services Commission.

The ‘Innovative Enterprise National Representative 1000’ selection is in its 3rd round and involves cooperation among nine government ministries, including the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Environment, and the Korean Intellectual Property Office. This project aims to identify representative enterprises that lead future innovation in each industry across the three main emerging industries (BIG3): system semiconductors, future cars, and bio-health, and concentrate on fostering them as key future enterprises. In the 1st round in July 2020, 32 companies were selected, followed by 247 companies in the 2nd round, and 321 companies in the 3rd round, with a total of 1000 representative innovative enterprises expected to be selected in various industry sectors by 2022.

The selected representative innovative enterprises go through a rigorous evaluation process based on nationally established innovation growth criteria, including innovation, technological prowess, and growth potential. After this evaluation and the Financial Services Commission’s credit assessment, the selected enterprises receive concentrated comprehensive financial support (investment, loans, guarantees, etc.) amounting to 40 trillion won over three years. This program aims to support large-scale private investment attraction for companies with global growth potential.

Puzzle Data’s technological prowess in its self-developed digital process innovation platform ‘ProDiscovery’ and its potential as a global company have been acknowledged, leading to its selection as a national representative enterprise.
